Sounds pretty simple, like we were born to run.

Seems the struggle is the unaccustomed muscle use

Everyone recommends the “Run-Walk program”

April 6th…   after a swim and bike:

Run 1 minute, walk 2 minutes

Run 1 minute, walk 2 minutes

Run 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes

Run 1 minute walk 3 minutes       2.1 km….
